Hi Tommy...great post. Somehow these clowns have got to go down...and the rule of law upheld! But, it ain't gonna be easy.
The latest Harper's has an excellent article by a NY lawyer as to the difficulties of charging Bush/Cheney with war crimes and making them stick or getting them trial.
But, he says the one area they where they are truly vulnerable is "torture."
It's worth a read. I think you can access it online.
